Very dirty and disorganised. Toilet always out of order. Never seen staff cleaning tables. By 1 or 2pm there is no way you can sit on clean table inside or out as they are so dirty. If staff has no costumers to serve they just chatter to each other.

Had a coffee and a sandwich here last month. There were fruit flies everywhere. To top it off, the franchise holder came in and had a blazing row with an employee (which looked like it could have become an actual fight).
