Caffè Nero is a charming Italian-style café known for its nice coffees and reasonable prices. The staff, including Dalia and Tamira, provide excellent service, making customers feel welcomed and at ease by asking about any allergies. The manager and morning staff are quick, joyful, and known for making amazing coffee, particularly the lady with curly blond hair who is always polite and helpful. During a 10-day trip to London, one customer became a huge fan of Caffè Nero, with consistently great service, coffee, and food. The hot chocolate is a favourite among kids. Highly recommended without reservations.
