Experience was being good, i was on fone catching up with friends, till an E.European guy with longish hair and wearing his jeans around his butt and "clevage" and underwear on show showed up. hotel kitchen went kaput and were forced to find emergency breakfast rations. dont usually do Costa but the staff were amazing and gave us free rocky road and cookies. 5 stars in my eyes.
