This branch is a little old school, having to queue up to the counters, it caught me off guard at first as I was looking for the screens to order. The staff were pleasant and the orders were completed relatively quickly, arguably quicker than most. The only downside is that it can get a bit hot waiting for food at the counter due to the proximity to the kitchen. Otherwise, the food is good, it's McDonald's so it's as expected.
Always really busy with mega ques but they move fairly quickly. Usual McDonald's menu, never had a duf one here. Recommended for grab a burger n shake when you have no time to waste.

I sometimes stop by on my way to work to get breakfast and coffee and I'm always happy with the quality of service here at Waterloo. Very fast service. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The atmosphere is not that amazing but you are not really supposed to sit and dine, it's more on the go.
