A trek and a half from the hotel i was staying at from one side of bexleyheath to the other, but well worth the Google rating. Open early doors on a Saturday to catch the trade is a welcome sign of a good work ethic from a family run business. The moment from sit down to getting a menu and there after a perfect morning black coffee to awken my dull head from the night before.. within minutes. Chinchins is a fantastic place with a great menu - the food is all made fresh and the dishes are really tasty and flavoursome! Highly recommend for brunch - great to support a local successful business too.

the best combination in Chinchins today is the Air conditioning and a Coffee ice cream Frappe a la Bella.....add to that the lovely welcoming staff... cant wait to go back there to eat xx
