Got my usual black Americano and latte! London toilets???? Anywhere ? How are people handling this in this weather and no access! It’s crazy !!!\\nCoffee was nice and team member was ok.
Costa coffee in balham for one hour a day is my sanctuary as a busy mum, I appreciate not only the premium beverages that are of consistent excellent quality, but the staff particularly in balham nothing is ever to much trouble even when they are so busy. They are all truly a great asset to Costa Coffee.

This is the only please that I enjoy my coffee they making a lovely coffee and completely different with the other costa branches i’ll sing the best coffee makers are in this place the staff are all great. Best ever customer service you get this please .
