Good location and easy to find. The experience can be underwhelming. Perhaps they are going through a recruitment drive. The last few times I have been in I've had to remind the barista of what I had ordered or was waiting for. It hasn't been busy when I have been in recently but the service is still slow with the communication between baristas slow and mixed in information. Hopefully it will improve when the new staff are more confident using the system. Drinks are nice though....read full review
Not a fan of Costa coffee to be honest, but I’ve had a good time sitting at the outdoor table and just chill in the nice spring breeze looking over people on High street :) very good location.

All good but cutlery was old and not clear and shiny..this adds too my customer overall experience as it feels like I am stirring with old or kind of dirty cutleries… Simple thing to improve.
