Been in a couple of times since it came under new management a couple of weeks ago. All new staff who don't seem to have any idea of customer service who seem to treat having to make coffee as an inconvenience. In desperate need of some supervision and training.
I am in this Starbucks pretty much every single day, the friendliest loveliest staff and always great coffee, love this branch. There have been a few issues while it was being run by the previous manager, felt bad for the staff as nothing they were doing wrong at all, but since new management has taken over this last month there has been vast improvement and back on track again!

In terms of customer service, you can't beat it here. I wish I had taken her name but the nicest staff member made me a surprise drink and it was so bloody good. Other starbucks, they can barely take your order. Super great vibes here!!
