Second visit, needed to give a review this time.Staff didn't quite understand me when I asked for serviettes and kind of corrected me with saying, Nakins?! She also made a comment about the Mac n Cheese sandwich I ordered.The young man who served me over the counter was pleasant, so was the older lady who made my hot drink. Overall very nice place enjoy the place they have good things in the menu al great flavours however can be a little packed and after school a lot of secondary school kids come and disturb the peace. Over than that it's perfect

Had my hands full, tried opening the doors, dropped my drink and they replaced for free no hesitation. They were nice about it and I got my order so fast. Great staff there definitely going back.
