Why the food hygiene rating is 4 rather than 5 like the rest of Greggs establishments?Also, what's up with the opening hours of this Gregg's? Why it seems to be not open when people would actually want to go?

Staff are friendly, but every time I've been no matter whether 11.30am or 1.30pm there's either no sandwiches left or just 1 or 2 (not sure they even stock them or they just order very few)
