Food is okay, it's the standard KFC stuff. But the service is the most disappointing. The staff have no sense of urgency and will happily leave you standing there for many minutes without even acknowledging your presence. Customer service is slowly dying.
I started my Duke of Edinburgh silver award this week (god rest his soul) and part of my service was to help those in need.I decided to go down to my local KFC as they recruit in line with the Equality Act 2010 and hire those with additional needs (protected characteristics and all that). I was served by a lovely young gentlewoman called Harry. He served my chips warm and handed me my popcorn chicken piece by piece. Felt like a proper Cleopatra. The food sometimes really chrispy, but I tell them always so as not to overcook the meat, but it often fails. Either it is very crispy or it remains raw and the chicken thigh is bloody.
