It's busy with tourists and people working in the area. Not a relaxing feel as people rush in and out. Staff were doing their job, but clearly not showing much customer service. The hot wraps were dished out on the counter and if you managed to hear them you'd pick it up, otherwise you were left waiting for a long long time.
Itâs my âhomeâ Starbucks for many years. I have been always happy to go there but unfortunately stuff has changed and some people there are ⌠well they shouldnât be working in the coffee shop. A few weeks ago I have had horrible experiences (twice in two days) with one lady and wrote complain about her behaviour towards to costumers. Some staff are great especially Betsy bring back Betsy, my guy Ethan who remember my order and always greats me with a smile, and Bailey and Micheolos who knows my order too! Tbh If I donât see these four on the bar I do not order my drink.I have been going to this Starbucks for years and these four staff are the reason why I come back.The others are some what questionable. I donât think they drink coffee.
