I was served by a short young lady with braces, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was horrible. She made my drink incorrectly despite it being labelled on the cup. I told her politely and she wasn’t apologetic at all, she just grabbed the cup and remade the drink then slammed it on the counter which was very rude and embarrassing. I’ve recently moved to the area and this was my first experience at this Starbucks, I haven’t returned since, I now go to the one on Clapham high street as the staff are much friendlier and more welcoming.

Some staff are great especially Betsy bring back Betsy, my guy Ethan who remember my order and always greats me with a smile, and Bailey and Micheolos who knows my order too! Tbh If I don’t see these four on the bar I do not order my drink.I have been going to this Starbucks for years and these four staff are the reason why I come back.The others are some what questionable. I don’t think they drink coffee.

This location is unable to follow simple instructions.You can see, the food label clearly states which type of sandwich was ordered and even prints the information- Traditional sausage sandwich, however you can clearly see what type of sandwich got delivered by the picture of the food (bacon). I guess the printed info was too much for that person to follow!! what a absolute joke...
