A brunette girl with big eyes used to work there as an assistant manager, I’ve known her for the past year. She was amazing! The teams customer service and behind the bar is horrible after she left, she used to take good care of her colleagues and customers also cleaned very well. It’s highly advised by some of us regular customers that we want to see her behind that bar serving us again, she just mentioned transfer and disappeared unfortunately.
I stopped at Nero caffe with my boyfriend where the baristas Carlos and Jacob were really professional and friendly staff. The shop was clean and all shelves well organised and stoked. I worked in the business for many years and I will give them a ? audit. Well done for the company for have this two serving quality to the public.?☺️

Great staff. Cosy. But the music is always TOO LOUD in the mornings. ( fine later in the day). People then talk more loudly and the whole environment gets loud. Worse still is you can't block out the music if it is something you don't like as it is foregroud rather background.
