Dear KFC Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent purchase I made at your establishment. I visited your store and purchased a Party Share Box, expecting it to provide an enjoyable meal for my family, especially considering we were hosting a gathering with 10 kids at home.However, upon opening the box, I was shocked to find that out of the supposed 14 pieces of chicken, six of them were inedible. These pieces were either undercooked, overcooked, or had an unpleasant odor, rendering them unsuitable for consumption. This left me in a difficult situation, having to scramble to salvage the meal by improvising sandwiches to feed the hungry children.As a loyal customer of KFC, I have always held your brand in high regard for its quality and consistency. However, this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Not only did it inconvenience me, but it also disrupted the planned enjoyment of our gathering.I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it is essential to address and rectify them promptly. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Whether it be improving quality control measures or providing better training for staff, it is crucial to uphold the reputation of your brand and satisfy the expectations of your customers.In light of this unfortunate experience, I kindly request compensation or a refund for the subpar portion of the Party Share Box. Additionally, I hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future, ensuring that customers can confidently rely on the quality of KFC products.

Ordered via Just-Eat and app says delivered however food never arrived.I contacted the KFC and they were useless saying that it says delivered so there is nothing they can do!I have been left with no food this evening for my 2 kids, no help from KFC, no number or chat for Just-Eat and out of pocket. Absolutely disgraceful sevice and will not bother with using this KFC or Just-Eat again.

Zero customer awareness from staff and no communication skills from the manager. My food was ready ages ago, when I asked the manger if it was ready, he was dismissive and rude and told me he (the only front staff) is packing it. It was already done and sitting in the fries station while the only guy working in the front and brought it to me after he was done packing the rest of the orders. Food received was cold and no apologies from anyone. I guess that's just classic fast food.

Well it's a takeaway only KFC so not much to say here, well one thing I can say is that don't expect a receipt from those self-service machines, so remember your order number. And the food is sometimes good and sometimes it's not... I guess when it's busy they just want to serve quickly, so rushed... Once again don't forget your order number...Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp inside the shop to go to the counter.

Staff lied to me that service machine was broken and can't be used at the counter. She directed me to the outside screen to place my order. After I had placed my order, the counter machine was up and running. When I challenged her she wasn't very pleasant. The food I paid was very small, loads of salt and four potts of gravy that I didn't want. I had very unsatisfactory experience.

Update: The manager of this store promised a refund in full after messing the order up via just eat. Just eat have just given me a small amount of credit. I've been a long time customer here but I will no longer be using this one. Rude and dismissive attitude by management. Will honestly never use again.Placed an order on just eat this evening. Called up the store to ask for no leg for the one piece the meal comes with. They said yes that's fine we'll make sure no legs. Get the order to find a leg... Called up the store spoke with somebody who hung up on me after asking me to hold on for a moment... Called back again had a quick chat only to be hung up on again... While this is going on I've seen that I've been sent the wrong burger as well. When I finally did talk to somebody they just tried to blame just eat when it was nothing to do with them. Staff at this branch clearly do not care and told me to call just eat. Absolutely awful service.

I can't even rate the food because I didn't even get to taste it. Honestly the world service ever, I had no idea why the management was talking down to me the way he was and I just thought I worked too hard for my money to be spending it here where I wasn't being served properly or being appreciated so I left.

Ghost KFC, which might function for Just Eat but usually has some issue in person (e.g. "we have no chicken"/ "you have to order on the machine and pay cash at til 2 today"). Waits are always so long it's best to drive on to West Wickham, even though it's 15 minutes each way to get there.

They refused to swap a drink from the mechanic to a can even though I explain I have lots of bags they even picked up food from the floor and gave to customs and I tried to stop them they started being disrespectful. Never eat here

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They forgot half the order through just eat. I called directly to offer to pick it up and she said she don’t know about that. I said what are you talking about, you guys forgot the stuff? She went off saying if I don’t like it there’s other chicken shops on the road. Save yourself the trouble.

Had to wait 29mins for food which was ridiculously long. The delivery drivers turn up and get priority. Won't be returning to this KFC in a hurry.

It would had been quicker going to tescos, buying and cooking a chicken roast dinner .. and then it would of been hot! .. 2 hours for a just eat delivery is shameful, and when notified ‘on its way’ a 3 minute drive took 15minutes … no idea how you are still open and

Wait time is at least 25 minutes even when empty and staff will refuse to help anyone that isn’t an Uber driver. They will tag your order as ready the second it comes through to fudge their metrics on speed.
