Soulless experience.Customer service perfunctory only. No smile, no "thank you, please enjoy your food"They slavishly fulfill online orders that noone is there to collect whilst keeping those who have bothered to come to the shop to wait, their food going cold.Food is more bland than previously.A stingy and small portion of chips, though they taste okay.Not good value either these days - prices have been creeping up and quantities reducing - greedflation as it is known.
In terms of ordering on UberEats it takes over an hour for someone to pick up the order, which is very inconvenient if you have plans.And by the time the foods gets to you it’s practically cold and lost its quality.Also no way of communicating with them about the delay and etc.

The card machine was not working, and they were only accepting cash... and no message to display this till you reach the counter after standing in the queue for 10 Mins... thanks to the ineffency of the numerous amount of staff behind the counter! For some reason it also felt like the bucket of wings I purchased was not the freshest!
