What a farce of a company.Your Addiscombe Road branch is appalling.The staff are clueless, unprofessional, and unaware of the basics of customer service.Ordered at 11.08am - for delivery at 11.45am, the earliest slot.At midday - nothing had arrived, and the online status said 'preparing' (as it had for almost an hour).We tried to call the restaurant 16 times and no answer.We called Head Office and spoke to Natalie in Customer Services.She also couldn't get through to the restaurant.At...read full review

Ordered a pizza without ham and it came with it. I phoned them and a lady called Bagya answered. She was condescending throughout the whole conversation and wasn’t helpful at all.They said they will give me an email address to show proof that the pizza had ham it in but then didn’t follow through. I must say her customer service skill was the worst. I wouldn’t order from them or recommend anyone from ordering there.
