There's a sense of unpleasantry in the atmosphere most due to the unfriendlyness of the staff. Fake smile and constant grunt at customers is not appropriate manner to welcome patrons. The store experiences a high volume of schools once school is out and most of them sit in groups and aren't true customers. I started my afternoon today visiting costa East Finchley where I was greeted by the marvellous barista Lucca. His service was tantalising as he asked for my order. Flat white “bosh”. His service was so exceptional he should be the very face of the Costa brand as his ethos in serving customers reflects the brands capacity to emote emotion and love through each cup time and time again. Went in today to have a Coffee and Snack, there is a lovely young lad working there called Michael, he has been a kind and caring young man to me and my needs, even when I just needed the facilities, I am a 61 year old woman with a heart condition that is happy that there is still caring young people about, Well done Michael, you should receive Employee of the year.\\n\\nMrs Judy keeling.
