Come her regularly with my family, we always enjoy the food which is great quality and so is the service. Took my folks to Robin Hood last night on a local recomendation. 85 year old mums birthday. I can't thank enough the 2 members of staff who looked after us and the manager (Jess i think)for their kind attention to all our needs. The food was delicious , the service without fault, cheery and jolly. Thank you.

Decent pub to go to for food. Most of the dishes I have had have been pretty tasty but they can vary in size, so if you have an appetite sides are recommended. The dishes seem to be trying to be a bit more fancy than your average pub but this can mean they aren't as hearty.The pie and the lamb shank (Sunday lunch only, I think, otherwise it was a special as I haven't seen it since) have been my favourites.
