I always used to love this particular pret but I went recently and it seemed a state. Sandwiches looked like they were made in a rush and they were refusing to make any frappuccino or ice tea on one of the warmest days of the year...using that classic excuse "machine is broken". Maybe it was just a bad day or they under staffed who knows...but I think they need some help at this store.
