I’ve ordered from here many times, all have been very good quality in general and have been enjoying their pizzas for a very long time. Today I somehow got a pizza that was very wet on the button and just soggy and inedible… rang the restaurant before sending an email as a complaint, the manager was rather helpful and remade our pizza for us and sent it again… first it put us off the food but to be fair, you could see they had put extra effort in the remake and was better...read full review

I Love this Pizza Hut. There are some shady outlets out there, but not this one. Hats off to you Pizza Hut, brilliant service. We've Been using the Greenford Branch for some time now. Love it.

If you want pizza for lunch - you will go hungry. If you're lucky it might arrive by dinner. Not the first time they've delivered late. The hut is less than 10 minutes from our place but took over an hour to arrive ( we didnt even order during their peak times) . Told 10 minutes a few times, I think they started to make the pizza the first time I called, after the time they should have delivered. Will not be ordering from them again.
