Great service and good food. Alexandra at the West Hampstead branch was amazing. We had issues using the GBK App to order (using a pre-applied app offer), but Alexander went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We can't thank her enough. They have a lot of take away orders (deliverloo/uber eats etc.) so it can be annoying when a load of drivers keep walking through the restaurant to collect orders, but Alexander and staff try their best to keep them at the entrance. The food as usual was good and tasty. The manager was running around doing everything while I felt his team was not pulling their weight, with the exception of the kitchen team. Please could you make sure there is some white sugar for teas as brown is not right. And some sweeteners possibly?
