Ordered zinger tower box meal at the till. Wings were ok, chips were cold, burger was warm. Not the best experience.Was it because I visited on a Tuesday and they weren't keeping items fresh?Had to ask the person serving to include the drink.. would have left without it otherwise.
Foods is always fresh and good.However, very long wait times (at this branch) as staff are fairly slow at serving and not many staff front of house helping with orders.Waited 15 minutes for a simple meal..

Sometimes service has been terrible staff make the mistake in putting the order through and then when i had checked and didnt receive the correct item i confirmed back to the the member of staff and she argued back saying i didnt say i wanted the item which i didnt think was necessary as i had clearly said i am happy to pay extra for the items she didnt provide.
