Half of my order was missing and when I called them they said that they forgot to put the items in, then put the phone on the counter and never came back. I cant even call them back an hour later because the phone is still off the hook.
I have been to other KFC's in the UK and the food has been terrible... oily to the point where I've felt ill. But this was a welcome surprise!Food was what you come to expect from KFC - crispy delicious chicken, fresh buns, fried we're freshly made, the rice was a great addition to the menu I had never tried before and will definitely have again - all round great! Will stick to this particular KFC in future!Convenient and easy to get to location as well ?

Although clean, the food did not fresh and tasted as if it was sitting for some while as it was quite hard. Also, the taste is not present. In fact, it was very tasteless. This may be due to it being not freshly made or freshly served. Definitely will not be coming back to this particular KFC.
