I am a bit baffled by a lot of the low rate reviews, the food quality and service. We had a totally different experience, two weeks ago, on a large food order for an event that included both sweet and savoury. Food was fresh, sweets tasty, savoury not so greasy or too hot and spicy, just right. The customer service was great and a feeling of feeding people rather than selling food. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Natraj Shop located in Rayners Lane, London, and I must say it met all of my expectations. This review is for Natraj South Harrow. Good food BUT ridiculously bad service. I went on Aug.5th 2022 at lunch time. Place was empty and dirty. One tall guy behind the counter doing something. I asked a couple of questions, he had no idea how to answer them, just grunted. I eventually ordered something and sat and ate. Three other customers came, had some questions, same thing.
