Edit: This review reached the Global Head of Customer service and I appreciate that they were very quick to respond and to look into the issue. I was impressed with that and so am editing my review to 3/5. Am hopeful that the toilet issue at this branch gets addressed soon.As per several other reviews here, the toilets have been out of order forever and a day. The baristas are so friendly and pleasant to talk with and are committed to great service.It’s in a great location, right next to the underground station. I like this branch because it has a good ambience, free Wi-Fi and it's not too crowded during the evening. I really like their new range of coolers.

The Barista's here are great.I come here every Sunday with my friends and kids. They are amaizing, patient and very friendly.Although they are busy they continue to smille and give great service. ???The only issue is toilet. It's always closed/ out of service on Sundays.
