Good food, good service.That review was 4 years ago and my wife and I have been eating here about 3 or 4 times a year since it opened.However today's visit was disappointing. Had a birthday celebration, with family, at Prezzo Hornchurch, as we have done for the last three years, and am feeling very disappointed. As we are a family of 13 we were always seated upstairs where we didn't feel that we were interrupting other diners and it is lovely and bright. This year, we were seated downstairs at the back of the restaurant, which was dark, dismal (no Christmas decorations at all), and on top of the disabled toilet.
