Cash only. Its year 2023 not 2003. Karak chai not great. Few doors down Cha Wala is much better. The whole place looks steamed up and tired. The Falooda was not great. Spent £40 and felt it was worthy of half the amount. The whole experience is ok. But in this competitive market, ok no longer cuts the mustard.White chocolate sauce on menu but item not available....erm as a dessert place I think white chocolate sauce should be an absolute must. Went to buy ice cream for my son. Was told was cash only. I had to get cash then returned.Purchased the whippy ice-cream but tasted awful. It wasn't creamy at all. It was very icey almost like a sorbet.Wouldn't purchase again.Milkshakes are definitely much better than the ice-cream

The fruit dessert and Netula were quite lovely and fresh. It was busy, as anticipated, but management needed to lower the volume of the Television to create a reasonable environment for interactions. We struggle to understand what the order taker is saying as the noise from the Television is high. However, the street is quite busy, and there is a gas station close by. I will recommend the Afters - Ilford for after Lunch or supper.
