Came here for the first time with my wife and the service was poor - we booked a table and were initially seated on a very small bench? we then said it’s not adequate and the waitress then realised we had actually booked and gave us a table instead. Food took 40 minutes to come and it was hot but just very underwhelming. My wife asked for whipped cream on her hot chocolate, which they said they can’t do and don’t have. My son and I go here for breakfast and always have the Algerian omelette. Marvellous taste and great service. Good atmosphere of a relaxed nature. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Excellent venue.
Affogato is somewhere I have always recommended and been going for a long time . However after recommending it to my friend I was very disappointed with the service .Whilst being seated another four tables were being seated after . We waited and waited for someone to take our order or to at least let us order our drinks . The waitress was busy going to all the people after us to take orders and their drinks were being served straightaway but we had to wait 35 mins to order food...read full review
