Every time I go to the chicken cottage in norbury, the chicken seems to have been cooked a while ago. It is hard and dry. Whenever I ask when the fresh chicken will be ready, they always respond with 30-40min. The last time I collected, it left me and a few members of my family pain in our stomach.The price has generally been going up, and quality is going down. I will be exploring other chicken shops such as chicken world.They charge extra for chip sprinkle and chilli sauce....read full review

There chicken wings and burgers are mid to high level depending on the person making them. I found this specific branch of chicken cottage to have far smaller portion sizes than other branches such as tooting. The prices here are also higher than smaller fast food chains and so If there is another fast food shop close by I would rather go there.

Its an average ok place for ur chix n chips favourite's, service is ok, chix tastes ok, chips ok, burgers n wraps could b better, wings, strips, nuggets only when they come out fresh r worth the wait
