This breakfast/brunch location provided a great view of the street as well as a comfortable environment. The food is great with a wide selection available and prices are very affordable.
Walking around Waterloo, a friend and I happened upon Balance whereby we stopped in for afternoon tea and a slice of cake. Inside was nice and cosy with a large variety of cakes and savouries on offer.Balance is definitely a place I will be looking to go back to when next in the area. If you are one for cakes and sweet treats, then pop in and try their wares.

Visited for weekend brunch, found via Google maps on the basis of the reviews. Had two great breakfasts, the service was impressively fast given how busy (full!) they were, and the coffee's good too. Highly recommended.
