Went there on New Yearâs evening for traditional afternoon tea. Service was tad bit slow but no complaints hereâŠunderstandably it was a busy time on this special day ?We had pre-booked the table two days ago, still we waited about 10 minutes to sit down, 40 minutes to get the âteaâ, food took another 10 minutes to arrive. The team was very welcoming and offered us a warm reception for my birthday. We had a small child with us, and staff were very accommodative. We felt like we were in especially good hands with our waiter, Junior. The food was of both great price and quality, which is tough to find in central London.

We booked a table in advance and had a lunch on Boxing Day. The restaurant was pretty busy and straight away we could see that they were short of staff. For what they apologised during the service- but honestly, we couldnât feel this on the service, as everything went smoothly thanks to the lovely waitress - she did a great job !!!! Food was amazing , and the atmosphere was so cosy and relaxing.
