For a Nero, this is pretty good. Often call in here on way to meetings and if I’ve got a little time to kill.Downstairs often quiet and good place to read. Coffee is as you’d expect for Nero and totally fine.
I'm usually not a huge fan of Nero cafe, but this time, I had coconut latte which was quite well done. But I am giving a low review because they charge extra for alternatives to dairy. Come on Nero, you're so behind!

Comfortable seats nice to take a load just a shame the hot chocolate was more like warm chocolate. Unisex serviceable toilets as long as you are a size six or skinny man (I'm not!).
