I love Flat Iron. They provide fantastic food very reasonably priced and fabulous service, but I haven’t been to this branch before so I’m reviewing this branch. So, first the quality and concept. When you arrive you are presented with a cup of popcorn and a carafe of water. You then have a choice of appetisers, mains, sides, specials on the board and drinks. I was there for the first time and I loved it! The Flat Iron Steak was amazingly prepared and was exactly how I ordered it medium-rare.We got three sides to share between 2 people. The free ice-cream on the way out was also an excellent touch!The service was attentive, friendly, and fast.
We visiting London with my family and we read many good reviews for this place and for real, we go with no reservation, the venue was full but we didn't wait for long till the guy give us a table. Our waiter was Nikol. She was lovely and guide us trough the menu. Then she and her colleague (very very nice red-hair girl) they were checking on us. The food was above any expectations. And at the end they gave us free ice cream (which was super good as well)We will definitely recommend...read full review
