I like GBK, so when I go into a different one, it’s always on that basis ?Anyway, decided to try this one in the Brunswick, since I was staying nearby.The restaurant itself is down a side passage, towards the Waitrose end. Double fronted, but shallow. Towards the small end for a GBK.Seated straight away, not bad for a Saturday lunchtime. Really lovely burger, freshly cooked and juicy. Medium rare as ordered. Everything is made there, nothing is ultra processed. The price is a little overpriced but highly recommended. The bad thing is that they only have one waitress so sometimes it takes a while for the food to arrive. I also caught the cook using his cell phone while he was cooking some fries, I know it's not a big deal but it's not very hygienic.
