Absolutely delighted with my Greggs experience! Praises to Cheryl she was such a lovely girl who served me the Mrs and our kids. She cleaned our table for us and even brought over our food as we had to wait on one or two items (no one’s fault it was very busy which is what to expect in London.) The vegan sausages are so realistic I was convinced I'd been lied to and ended in a vegan sausage fight with the manager for which I profusely apologise for. Vegan patty was spilled and I whole heartedly regret my actions.

I was highly impressed with fantastic customer service skills of a lovely young lady named Damilola today. She was so polite, helpful, welcoming and friendly. She immediately handled my query without hesitation, and she served me with a smile and kind words which cheered up my day. What a lovely girl, I hope to see her progress up to managerial levels one day. Thankyou Damilola!!!
