I really wanted to like this place. The space is beautiful and the menu looked delightful. The produce was fresh but the preparation was quite bland, with portions that did not align with the price point. £16 for cod and potatoes with hardly any fish. This place is fantastic. We stumbled across it by accident and it was like water appearing in the desert. You should go here!!! It’s so cozy and wonderful!! I will think of it for forever.

laptop free zone but no warning about that anywhere and was only told once we had already ordered food, so too late to go elsewhere.. I asked if I could use my laptop outside as I had to deal with something urgent and was told I couldn't so I ended up having to deal with my stuff from a bench in the square nearby. If you're going to have a policy that's anti living irl, at least advertise it somewhere. Food was nice.
