I go here nearly most mornings. It’s hidden gem. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is homely and people who visit there was nice too. Similarly to other reviews, the coffee was a bit hit a miss, noticed it was regularly a specific person. Delicious coffee this morning at MED, at Merton Abbey Mills - treated myself to an almond croissant - lovely staff (offered my friend a treat for her dog too) really nice atmosphere, near the river Wandle - followed by a pleasant and easy walk to Morden Hall Park.

This is such a cute hidden gem! Staff are so warm and welcoming. I love how great they are with kids and dogs. They make us feel like family. Their food and hot drinks are so good! Other cafe’s the coffee sometimes tastes bad. This one has never failed. I also love the events and extra activities that they run thought the year. We love MED Cafe.Kid-friendliness: Lots of events through the year. Space for buggies, an area with toys and books for children.
