Item missing from delivery not a big issue, more annoying than anything. No apology, but offer of a credit note as they are busy, decided a refund via the app. Chow Mein was just greasy and no flavour, which has occured more recently. Always order from here, but lately seems a little hit and miss .
I ordered Kung Po Chicken through Uber Eats, but received Kung Po Prawns instead.Because the two dishes look almost identical, I didn't realise until I'd served everything upI called the restaurant and was told I "should have checked the bag to make sure my order was correct" and "everybody makes mistakes".They were fine with refunding the kung po chicken, but it ruined two other dishes (rice and chow mein), and I guess I'm all out of luck...This turned into a very expensive bottle...read full review

Great chinese restaurant best in South Norwood. Everything is lovely and the staff are thoughtful and friendly. I would recommend anybody in the area the try this amazing family run restaurant you won't be disappointed.
