Architecturally controversial because of its sleek modern design by architect Jean Nouvel, located opposite St Paul's Cathedral, this shopping and office development provides stunning views of St Paul's, as you rise up in the glass lifts, through the central shopping "street" and from the rooftop viewing area. I wanted to visit the roof terrace of One New Change. Unfortunately the elevator was "under revision" and I couldn't go up. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the great view. I'll be back!
