Really enjoyed an office lunch here. The food was great and everyone enjoyed it. Very much enjoyed the sausage and nduja lasagne that was on the specials.Wheelchair accessibility: There are lifts to get to the floor the restaurant is on and there is space to navigate a wheelchair in the restaurant.Didn't use the toilet facilities so cannot comment.
Very nice service and one I've always enjoyed going to but the service yesterday was terrible alongside the pizza which had a lack of meat within it.While everything has gone up in price, I was not expecting this much from Zizzi's which had previously been of a fairly good value. It was extremely overpriced.

Food was great, no faults there. But the service was lacklustre. The waitress that served us felt like she didn’t want to be there and spoke to us with absolutely no enthusiasm whatsoever, as if she wanted to get out asap. We wanted to order more food but was told that the kitchen was already closed. They should have called last orders to let the customers know that the kitchen will be closing but there was no word of it. Disappointed.
