The only thing we had a problem with was making a choice. Everything looked beautiful, was stunningly presented and the range of choice was fantastic. Great service and willing to help me make a selection with an allergy. Polite service and delicious. Relaxing environment with serene music playing. Nice tasting pastries, and the coffee we had was good quality. However, not one smile or friendly gesture or comment from the people serving us. Too many tables squished together and no particular atmosphere. It's a shame, if the staff were more welcoming it would have been a four star review.

It was raining outside that day, so we came to Harrods department store in the evening. In order to see the department store building turn on the lights at dusk, we entered this small cafe. The store owner is very polite, the coffee is delicious, the seats are ordinary, and the toilet is very convenient.
