Usually quite good. The drinks that are made there are good quality, and better than most other Pret’s, and very consistent.However today was a big letdown. Went in and asked for an ice chocolate, which I had had earlier in the day, so they do offer it.Was informed that there was no chocolate. For a drink that is fairly uncommon it seems unlikely that they could run out. The attitude of the server was indifference and borderline contempt. Nice range of fresh & on the go sandwiches & wraps to choose from. & not to miss the coffees. With the monthly subscription at £25 you get 5 coffees a day at a gap of 30 mins which makes your commute within London good. More branches in Zone 1 & 2 of London. Not all stores serve the cold frappes so little disappointment there. All pret stores close early so you’re left with Starbucks or other franchises during late hours.

Work near by and there's only Pret and Wrap It Up next door and frankly I prefer coming here as you guys serve everything fresh compare to the frozen food they served me next door. Also the service I receive here is so much better aswell. Keep it up
