I recently visited the Pret A Manger in Barbican and had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful lady (I think she is a barista, she wears barista apron and shirt). My partner and I have been visiting this shop on weekends for brunch and coffee since 2 weeks ago and we were so happy to find a calm and peaceful atmosphere amidst the busy rush hours.The barista who served us was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. I would normaly use the aldersgate store but great customer service from the barista LETIAN, means this will now become my default choice when using prett. Also great as it is very dog friendly.
