I always love the service that other customers and myself receive in this pret! The assistants are always friendly and welcoming, the shelves are stocked, the food and drinks are nice! Can’t complain!
I popped in just to get a late breakfast. Busy branch but not like some of the city branches. Had a nice atmosphere. Reasonable selection of products. Clean. I wanted the bircher muesli bowl which they had but all the bowls were half full. I didn't want to pay for half a bowl. If they didn't have ingredients, it would be better to make fewer bowls that were full! I had the five berry granola bowl in the end which was more generous. It was nice but nothing amazing. Prets in London are a dime a dozen. Especially when you go to the ones in Central (especially during peak hours), you can expect nothing but extremely rushed service and mediocre drinks. I however found that the staff at this location were very friendly and polite - and they made a nice flat white, for a typically grey London day. Thanks for going above and beyond!
