I went twice in December, as it was the only one of Fortnum's restaurants we could get in without a reservation. The menu and food quality was excellent. The management of the table clearing and the queues waiting was very poor, and inefficient - they could improve the customer service.
Managed to get a table very quickly which was good. The ice cream was very tasty however the apple and mincemeat tart I had was not as tasty. In addition for the size I felt it was overpriced. For the price I paid given the location I felt the service was something to be desired. A disappointing experience.

Amazing service, was sat straight away at the bar. Loved sitting here as we could watch how everything was made and really get a good experience.Our orders were taken and I had a milkshake with a raspberry ripple and strawberry combo, and whipped cream.No word of a lie, this was easily the best milkshake over ever had in my life, and I’d go all the way back to F&M just for this!Overall a great experience, and would highly recommend!
