I brought a coffee at this costa outlet I sat outside and I only put my Samsung flip 4 phone on the table, two men badly dressed in tracksuits came over to me begging for money. One man used a sheet of laminated paper to distract me so he could steal my phone. My phone cost me a lot of money and I felt its best to warn people so the same thing doesn't happen to them. This Costa is just a short walk from Oxford Circus tube station but is off of the main road so is often a bit quieter. There’s a large seating area behind the counter where there is often a table available. Staff are friendly and don’t mind you sitting there for a few hours.

The early morning staff are exceptionally nice and helpful, I don’t know how they remember regular orders given how busy it is, but somehow they do. Well made coffee and nice ambience
