Busy place, I didn't wait long for the food and sandwich was fresh and tasty. Customer care manager Amirali is working extremely hard to keep the place tidy and organised. Well done!
I specially loved the atmosphere. It was welcoming. on entering you can feel the warmth. I actually went in feeling cold but the warmth brought smile on my face. The staff are really helpful. I forgot my order number and the staff came in handy and even apologised as if it was their fault whereas it was mine. I enjoyed the food, though the burger was smaller than what I expected. Busy as it should be but the food and service was good. I frequent this place for a small treat every 2 weeks or so and I'm always satisfied. Table service is so convenient, I order from my table and have my food delivered using the app. I'm not from the UK and this isn't an option in many countries so I was impressed with it.Wheelchair accessibility: Just stroll the entrance is a flat surface and tables are there on the same floor to accommodate those persons in wheelchairs.
