Very busy branch given location (side street off Oxford Street opposite Selfridges). Good range of products. The seating area is nice. I managed to get a nice high seat communal table by the window. Was busy and most other seats are taken. Staff were pleasant but not too friendly. Service was good despite being busy and a little slow. However they were doing their best with a long line. Across the street from my hotel, this Pret A Manger was very convenient. It is in a very compact space run by two members of staff. One person taking orders and warring up sandwiches, and the other performing the duties of the barista. I ordered a chicken pizza wrap and a large cafe americano with soy milk. I was impressed that the oven they used to warm up my wrap produced a heated wrap with a fresh from the oven flavor. My cafe americano was very good.
