I am new to the subscription andwas delighted to find at this storeyou do frappes and shakes.T hazelnut frappe is the nicestfrappe l have ever tasted.I would also like to mention thecustomer service was beyondspectacular. Danielle wasextremely polite and professionaland helpful.
We were served by a staff called Viktor. He wasvery warm and welcoming, you can feel hispassion and smiles under the mask. He gave thekids snowman cookies which make them sohappy. Even they close at 4 on a Sunday, theywould very gentlely remind you and staye late forcustomers that couldn't leave immediately. not a huge fan of these café chains because of their prices, but I understand why. IT IS a great sight to see when you are in Gatwick airport at 3 am and thats the only thing open.
